Passed away peacefully
at his residence, on Monday, May 11, 2009, at age 65. Artist,
photographer and amateur astronomer, John's 42 year career at
CKCO-Television took him around the world.
As a proud member of
the community, he served on the Board of Directors for
Kitchener-Waterloo Crime Stoppers, culminating with being
honoured as their Volunteer of the Year.
He will be dearly
missed by all. Beloved husband of Anne for 33 years; loved
father of Christopher (Becky) and David; dear brother of George
(Vera) and Rita.

Friends shared their memories of
John with his family during the memorial at the Erb &
Good Family Funeral Home on Thursday, May 14, 2009 with
Rev. Linda Ashfield officiating. A reception followed in the
Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home.
